Questions

What should I do before buying?

Install Impala, our free measurement application, and measure your system with it. Finetic works from those measurements, so this confirms your microphone and audio interface work before you spend anything.

Which computers does it run on?

Windows 10 or 11, and macOS Ventura 13.1 or later on Intel or Apple Silicon. The system requirements page has the details.

What else do I need?

A measurement microphone - a USB microphone is the simplest - and playback software that can apply a convolution filter, such as Roon, JRiver Media Center, HQPlayer or Accurate Sound's HLC. Suitable microphones are listed on the resources page.

Can I move my licence to another computer?

Yes. A licence is active on one computer at a time. To move it, reset the activation from within Finetic, or on the support page, then activate Finetic on the new computer.

What if it does not work for me?

Contact support and we will help. Refunds are covered by the refund and support policy in the terms and conditions.
